Job opportunity

We’re looking for an economist to join our team and play a vital role in the project.  

Irish Sea Conservation Zones is a project to help secure a healthy and prosperous future for the Irish Sea by recommending areas of it for environmental protection. Our role is help the people who use, work on or enjoy the Irish Sea to make these recommendations to the government.

Our economist will play a critical role in this ambitious project by helping to ensure that any potential social and economic consequences of the proposed marine conservation zones are taken account.

This is a full time position for 37 hours per week, based near Warrington, with a salary of £35,000-37,500. The contract period runs from early 2010 to June 2011.
